Watering Schedule, Compost Tea, and Coco
I'm ready to setup shop soon everyone and was just doing my homework. I've done my reading all over the forums and will continue to do so, but so far in my journeys some questions still eludes.
The idea goes like...coco coir under 400w HPS watered with compost tea. There are many tea recipes out there and its a game of experience, I've made notes on recipes already and want to start basic recipes then experiment like everyone recommends. Coco coir I've heard of before, never knew of it to be a sole substrate always heard of it mixed in with soil. Straight coco or a mixture with perlite is what I've leaning toward. Now on to what I don't know... I've read that 600 ppm tea for clones is great, but what about veg and flower?? Do you just mix normal strength of recipes and water? As for watering schedule for coco, is it like soil 1-2 waters then a compost tea feeding ?? or just compost tea feedings all the time?? I can't seem to find the information... Any help or direction is greatly apprecaited! M-
