San Diego Dispensary Rules Stalled
The San Diego City Council is now deadlocked over whether to draw up new regulations for medical marijuana dispensaries. So they voted 7 to 1 to send the issue to committee who will hopefully decide whether to regulate or not. They specifically removed a section of their recommendation to the committee requiring them to draw up an ordinance.
The issue is so contentious in conservative San Diego where the a major battle against medical marijuana dispensaries has been waged. San Diego has tried everything it could to negate the effects of Prop 215, by shutting down dispensaries and suing the state of California. https://www.signonsandiego.com/news/2...ent-committee/

I'm guessing San Bernadino county will be right behind, I read they have banned all dispensaries. That is the other county that refused to offer patients state cards along with San Diego. What a bunch of fools.
