Every test plant is running in 1.80 litres of plain soil/perlite mix with no additional feed , almost everyone should be able to do better with them.

Day 45 and filling in the nodes , should be a decent yield too.

Withered pistills have the brick red colour found on Geisha buds and a similar distinctive smell.

Day 51 and alls well.

The group picture shows the pitifull state test plants get into when grown in six x six inches untopped , good thing is many will hermie low down and can be culled first run.
Top half performs well and i have an accurate estimate of quality and stretch , downside is haveing to rely on revegging or late flower clones.

Closer up things look nice and stickey with some variation , all smell good and no instability so far.

Hi yourcorpse , structure should stand mould better than most , hope they finish where you are.

Thanks deadzombies420 , seems hard to get it wrong useing Heads work given the quality of his original selections and a bit of luck from me.

Day 59 of a probable 75 , stretch was a quite manageable 2.5 in flower and would train well , much stronger stems than the mother and a structural blend of the parents.

Buds will be very Geisha by the end , two have that distinctive rounded shape and one is more G13-Diesel in form , Geisha odour dominates all three.

Would never judge a cross on three plants but see enougth here to pop another ten.

From results with this male i would expect some compact sub 2x stretch wider leaved plants within the range of expressions and some of them could be gems.

Twenty more freebie packs going in and will redo the cross this spring , a fair taster till the originals are available again hopefully soon.

Day 66 and the two fatter plants are at 10% amber and half cloudy , 75 days looks about right.

This more slender expression has the Geisha smell with a G13 - Diesel bud form , high trichome coverage even low down in the gloom.

Hey Foomar, I just popped 10 of these bad boys and all 10 germed. They are about 2 weeks old since they popped through the soil. I will be gifting all 10 away to a friend, and was wondering, will these do well outdoors in Sacramento California? To give you an idea, Sac town is a hot valley town. Temps can reach 100 commonly during the summer.

Have you or anybody else had any luck with these outdoors anywhere? Any advice would be great. Thanks for making these great freebies, and I am proud to pass on genetics like this.

Hi Bulldog , glad to hear they pop , have no idea how they would take to high outdoor temps but they did fine at very low temps under fairly low light levels indoors in basic soil.

Day 71 and most fans yellowed and gone , smell now totally Geisha on all three with considerable variation in bud shape and yield .

Rootzone a bit cramped and could have used some nutes as quite heavy feeders.

Fast dried samples a week old have distinct fruity flavours and are stronger than Geisha taken at this stage , could be a keeper or at least a second run for one of them.
