HELP! Tame Rabbit dumped on my Farm, Can't Catch It. ANY IDEAS?
Wonder who this asshole is? Somebody dumped a pet black rabbit in my driveway.
I can get within 3 feet of it, and it is really tame, but he is having a big time running around outside of a cage, and doesn't want to surrender. It is obviously a pet that has never been outside before. I give him till dark and the coyotes will have tame rabbit supper. No live traps around here to borrow, and lettuce, carrots and Rabbit Chow have already been tried. He will sit and stare at me and even take a nap, but when I try to corral him, even with a couple friends, he escapes.... Poor, poor rabbit. Anybody got any ideas? I figure his time on earth is short, that is why I am posting in the Den, instead of in PETS, nobody will see this in pets in time to save the poor thing I fear. HELP SAVE THE RABBIT BEFORE IT:S TOO LATE! |

Rabbit Wranglin!!
![]() Keep chasing him around...if it is tame, it won't have much stamina-- Maybe use a clothes basket or something to throw over him...blanket maybe?? Good luck--
