hey i have heard from some people but not many that this is a crazy strong strain, almost hallucinogenic. i plan on ordering a couple packs and finding a mom if this is true. any idea on what a good pheno to look for? also is this a good strain to top? thanks

i have been very impressed with the mangolian indica from SAG. in veg it grew with vigor, stayed green, made many branches and leafs, lots of tips for cloning, which were easy to root. its an easy plant to grow with minimal odor. i took 6+ zips from my first MI. the buds are a pale green with orange pistils when dried. very pretty with lots of resin.

but my best surprise was smoking the first sample bud taken at around 50 days. the flavor was difficult to pin down at first, but several friends and i eventually agreed the flavor was like yardley's english leather soap...which is lavender. the flavor is better from the early bud than the 60 day bud, but the 60 day bud was way more potent. so, its grower's preference when to take her down.

the buzz is bright at first, talkative, increased heart rate......but becomes more sedative later in the session, squinty eyes, laid back, comfortable. the buzz comes on fast and lasts a couple hours easy.

topping will work well but she'll really stretch out width-wise, and you'll harvest more smaller buds than if left untopped. the one i got the 6 zips from was topped.

its easy to grow, smokes good, excellent flavor, good looks, easy rooting cuts, and gives a good yield. i recommend it. don't understand why more aren't growing it. give it a try.

i can't comment on phenos as i only popped a couple seeds and got a single female which was a keeper. she got me interested in SAG's lineup, so i'll be trying the slyder and matanuska thunderf%$k in the future. goood luck.
