I have just started my first grow and i am using a hesi nutrient system. i was wondering if anyone has ever used it before, and what there experince with it was? thanks

i have its ok i ran hydro but have changed to advanced nutreints which are the bomb

Yep, I've used Hesi nutes in coco before and they worked great.

i agree HESI nutes work great. But not with the dosages recommended, for most strains it has to be reduced by say 20%. A flush at the end is definately worthy at the end running HESI. The urea nitrogen from Veg feeding stays in the soil long through flower, so i would flush before going into flowering to reset the soil nute balance ...
Best of luck, HESI can get you those nice buds, but I too have switched to Advanced, and I would never go back....

hello Grateful D,

using the same products as you from hesi --> on earth
but w/o phosphor plus, till now..

good results so far
only problem i`ve got was the overdose depending on dosage recommended on the bottles- label. i go with the 1/4 dosage and theyre doin fine with 5 weeks of age, in flower i`ll go up to 1/2 and
maybe what the plants looklike to 1/1....

I have used HESI Hydro for a couple a grows now with good results. I would start low on the ammounts you use. I really like the root complex. I used 6" rockwool cubes and the were swollen with roots coming out on all sides.

The only thing I noticed is my plants started to show signs of mag. def. So now I've been cutting back on the bloom part of the line-up and adding a little calmag plus.

I've used TNT Complex for 2 seasons. Nothing special, Plagron line was much better.
