Santa Barbara Sets Marijuana Dispensary Moratorium
The Santa Barbara City Council agreed to a 45 day moratorium on new medical cannabis dispensaries until a new MMJ ordinance is approved. Those previously approved dispensaries can continue to operate. The City Council will again take up the ordinance in 2010.
