Anybody else seen a GI Grow Rotating Garden in Action?
At my local hydro store they have been rocking it out w/ lettuce. I've seen them do several grows w/ hid lights and cool tubes. The system uses less then 5 gallons a day in 4" rockwool slabs, and allows up to 336 plants under 2k watts. I've only seen it w/ lettuce, but heard from people that'd know, they produce well. Has anybody else seen one in action, and what were their thoughts?

the omega garden (when it was still available in the 312 site model 10001 i believe) used to yield 14-17 grams of dried buds per 3 inch rockwool cube, but i'd usually only bang out every other site as to give the plants sufficient space to spread they fan leaves. so thats 14-17 grams @ 156 sites = 2184 - 2652 grams per harvest, not too bad for something that plugs directly into a wall socket with no special electrical work done

There is a really nice rotogarden here look at the top links called bobdole Rotogro #1
Then check out all the Heath Robinson links as well, slightly off topic, sorry, but ![]() bobdole Rotogro is full clone to harvest SoG, very well documented. It looks great, but I do not see anything with the Horizontal that you could not do easier in a "normal" Vert system. Trick looking no doubt, but real "Starship Enterprise" stuff that excites Police, Judges and Juries in the wrong kind of way.
