of course everyone likes wings becuase you can get them with so many different kinds of sauces...or just plain.

so whats the best you've ever had? whats the best you've ever created?

I'm a chef, and my restaurant entered a wing competition and we won the first round. the sauces I entered were...

Southern Ranchero - a mix of hot sauce, cajun and ranch all mixed togehter.

that was everyones favorite.

Suicidal Tendencies - hot sauce, daves insanity, smoked habanero flakes, horseradish, garlic and cajun/cayenne pepper. (makes you shit lava the next day. I love hot stuff but I wont even eat my recipe lol)

those are two of the four.. so what do you got?

I mix up Franks wing sauce, butter, an duck sauce.. I coat my chicken with that then cover it with habanero, or cayenne powder.. YUM

Just mix up a cup of Louisiana hot sauce with a few tablespoons of butter. I also add a little bit of sweet/sour/spicy "banana" sauce (it looks like ketchup and can be found in Asian grocery stores). Mix it up with deep fried chicken, and you're good to go.

yeah mixing butter with hot sauce is how we make our mild sauce at my restaurant and all restaurants I've worked in.. good stuff

i'll try and dig up this one i still may have around here...its from the back of a powdered tomato soup pack...if i cant find i'll try and find on a pack at the shops and buy...would be a good recipe to add to it to spice it up....tastes pretty goodHH. =]-~

butter, franks, garlic powder, fresh black pepper, a little white pepper and a little honey. Has anyone ever tried to use budder with their wings in lieu of tradditional butter? Wonder if it would get you stoned? Probably have to be a TON of budder.
Token-I'm cant wait to try the Southern Ranchero. I bet that is awesome!

Just drowned my pizza in the stuff, I love it.

I could see adding a bit of garlic to it.

hell yeah! you ever try the 'pain is good' brand hot sauce? that stuff's awesome too! or A-1 bold and spicy? that could technically be classified as a hot sauce, there are peppers in the ingredients
