I'm the vintner. Welcome to my grow thread. Seein' as I'm the Vintner, I thought the thread name was appropriate. This is a documentation of the building and grows in my new and improved flower cab.
In the past, I've grown under tube fluoro then 150watt hps in an outdoor metal shed. 1-2 grows/year @ best. Cold in spring and fall, and hot as hell in summer. Then I flowered in a 15"x24"x28h" cab in a "3 season room" for a few grows, but it was still pretty hot in the summer. Not to mention small. But it taught me the value of LST & scrog!
Empty nest syndrome has it's advantages! LOL Dad gets to relocate his grow indoors

Door to closet under the stairs. Got a new lock yo.

Inside of closet used for storage. (Note shelves mounted on the inside of the door. The prior home owner never threw anything out, but knew how to maximize on storage space LOL.) Also note existing shelf inside closet as well as access to my crawl space wine cellar under the house. Emphasis on CRAWL if you want some wine mo fo! LOL

A triple layer of this stuff went into the vent in the top of the door as well as a similar vent inside the closet at the top of the cab.

New flower cab framed in.

Ya better not poop under there yo!
Several new purchases. 4" vortex style fan and insulated ducting.

The inside of the new space in lined with 1/2" foam insulation w/a mylar backing. The access is ringed in velcro (black strip). Exhaust is drawn down through the silver tube and into the crawl space under my house.

Light fired up! In this pic you can best see the edge of the vent in the top/ceiling of the cab. Same size and carbon filter as in the closet door.

Light on, access panel on.

Light on closet door closed. No light leeks yo

SO, what to do w/the new space?

How bout some Mascadine Mash gifted from a kind FAM member. Taken about 10 days into flower.

About 3 weeks later. Got some supercropping... Still flowering.

Another few weeks. Got a transplant and a screen placed. STILL flowering!

As you can see, got room for one more. Stay tuned

Wow your design rocks. The text does add alot to the pics. I like how you built it up high, then you exhaust under the chamber. With that fan you shouldn't have any problems. Now it's time for dad to have some fun.hehe

WOW You guys found this one fast cellardweller & WeldFlash420! Thanks for stopin by. Yeah Weld, the Blueberry finally finished up in the other cab. Took a bit longer than expected. Excited about getting this cab up and running. Harvest pix to come soon. Hope these do as well as yours Bro

Yeah cella: Gettin wine round here is a real back breaker!

F'd up my back up down there movin cases o wine around to make room for ducting.
