where to get hemp seeds in canada?
i am not talking about cannabis seeds for medicinal use, i am talking about seeds for producing seeds... to eat.
shelled hemp seeds are expensive and i would like to try growing/pollinating/shelling my own. anyone know where to get some viable industrial hempseed in canada? |

ok so i found suomi hemp seeds at vancouver seed bank , apparently they are short flowering and produce lots of seeds.
FYI : hemp seeds are a whole protein. meaning they contain all the essential amino acids. meaning the livestock industry would fall apart if it were as easy as growing protein in a plant rather than raising animals for the slaughter. forested land values may also plummet if we were to grow hemp for fiber instead of destroying bird-houses. they also contain the essential fatty acids (omega-3 and omega-6) in perfect proportions for the human body. |
