Vaporisors

I get bronchitis every winter and my lungs are catcus but I still smoke joints.

I find smoking a joint relieves my lungs but when I am not high they hurt and it is harder to breathe.

I suppose as there are a lot of oldies here a fair few have turned to vapes to get high?

I made my own out of a soldering iron and a glass jar but it doesn't do the job for me.

I am tempted to fork out hundreds of dollars for a readymade but have heard conflicting reports - the Vapir seems the most likely purchase in my price range - though the Volcano sounds like a wicked beast that would be ideal!
(wonder if it is possible to make your own Volcano, and are they really that much better?)

vaporize for pain

Heavenhigh I spend alot of my time vaporizing these days .I firmly believe in the idea.. unfortunatly the volcano is 550 euros these days.. we are developing a newer and cheaper model.. there is even one that works with friction.. If you have trouble getting one get in touch with me ...There is NO SMOKE....

BenitoCereno will become famous soon enough
If price is a consideration, get a vaporbrothers or a vapordoc for about $120 on ebay. It is lower tech than the Vapir, but really is better. I can't afford a volcano right now so I use a vapordoc...A cheaper Volcano model sounds awesome though, I will be waiting on that.

Heavenhigh It is going down in price,,Its gone down 200 euros since nov. but thats still too much The thing is it is the BEST>>>>I vaporize between 100 and 200 people a day and its like an everready battery it never gives up......I love my machine but i also didn't pay for it my boss did...........There are cheaper ones except it has to be good enough to maintain the proper temperture so it doesn't burn.. Unfortunatly you get what you pay for

Cool AromaCare ll

I've got an AromaCare ll, and I hate it. I've never used one before this. It's the taste I can't get past. It tastes terrible! Like chemical or something. I missed the regular sweet taste. So I quit using it. Do they all have that problem? Or is that what you mean when you say you get what you pay for? [b][color=blue]

Thanks for the replies guys!

Zoe, sounds like you have the best job in the world! great news about the Volcano coming down in price!

HalfFinished, maybe the chemical taste will disipate over time. I have read others say that initially they can taste the tube that they suck through and I found that to be the case with my home made one.

BenitoCereno, thanks for the info on the vapordoc. I'll look into it.

My currency is peanuts compared to usa and eu :( The tyranny of distance and a small population!

I just got an Aromazap and I LOVE IT! YOu must use more herb than with smoking but if you are patient( no pun intended) the effect is excellent and I find I can control the desired effect better than with the pipe. cheap too ( $85 delivered).

I like the Vapor Bros for comfort and ease of use, and the Inavap for efficeincy and portability. The VB uses about as much herb as my pipe, delivers as big a hit as you could want and will generally get 2 people wasted from 1 bowl. The Inavap uses herb more efficiently than my pipe, will also stone 2 and will plug into a car lighter. The Vapir wastes a bit and the Volcano is out of my price range. Tha Vapor Doc seems equivalent to the Vapor Bros.

They all beat the crap out of burning herb, and there are no carcinogens involved.

never actually tried one of these, but they have always been of interest to me. might end up pickin one up, as i like the idea of not having a hot peice of metal sitting around the house waiting for me to want to vape..... from their description it seems like you would end up with big hits with minimal "warm up" time. and don't need to leave potentially dangerous stuff sitting around the house.
