Beneficial Insects
Anyone tried beneficial insects like ladybugs to control mites in an indoor garden?

I use ladybugs often, although they were no help with my mite problem. If you want to use beneficial insects against mites I would recommend a combo of spider mite predators and spidermite destroyers.
get em here: https://www.NaturesControl.com -KRS Juan-

Combos work good for large gardens or large spaces... if you have a small space like 1 or 2 lights then get double the recomended amout and things will happen fast..and make sure to watch the fight its a great thing!!!

Ouch, at $117 for 100 of the destroyers it would certainly pay for itself to shop around as I have found the same exact bugs for $35 for 100. Just find out their scientific name and google that with the word price and they all pop up. Be aware that there may be modifications to the scientific name such as Punctipes to Punctillum.

Heh, I did a good amount of research to find NaturesControl, since they supply pretty much every hydro shop i checked. Never bothered to investigate the scientific name like you verite, good job!
Would you mind posting the link to the $35 site for us lazy stoners? -KRS Juan-

Teach a man to fish, feed his ass, school his ass, yada-yada. Now that the lectures done, ok just for you since your avy reminds me of the artist that did the King Crimson album cover Court of the Crimson King [Barry Godber see below]
Thats why I dont shop hydro stores online for stuff other gardeners have been using for years beyond MJ growers. Hydro stores markup is just way above normal retailers. You'll also note they have the mite preditors for $10/500 where Natures Control has them for $24/500. The thing that all online beneficial bug places share is the scientific name of the bug and 99% of them use the word price on the same page. i've used predator mites with great sucess, although getting them takes a bit of money for overnight shipping to the hydro shop, then refrigeration to keep them alive. i would use others if i needed for another problem.
