any opinons on a multiple 68 vertical cfl grow
im def going vert real soon, how many girls can u put under a 68cfl vertically do u think? i was guessing like 4-6 very well trained plants could get the lumens they need under one of theese vegged say 3-4 weeks to grow in a circular staircase fashion. im going to give it a go, im surprised guys running the bigger cfls havent gone vertical yet, by the very design of the bulb common sense dictates the need for it.

hi
based on my experiences, i guess 4plant would be the max to go. i like the idea to grow with only one plant so when ill use my 65w cflamp, ill use only one plant but at most, i would not use more than 3plants. at last, vegging time isnt a problem to me, i can wait 1.5-2month of vegging but still ... with 1month of vegging, 6plants seems to be overkill to me the medium you use may be a factor to consider also, dirt and coir dont seem to give the same plant growth rate hope this may helps |

ill be traing into basically a spiral staircase so the canopy will be exposed and very low, it will be second run with coir and im making some improvements. so youd say 4 max. ill have to see what comes but 4 does sound pretty good, thx for the info.
