what do you mean how should you approach this? kind of an open ended question there bud. Here are my suggestions for you but keep in mind I'm a somewhat inexperienced grower so my common sense must be off too by that logic right?

Step 1
Ease off the kush

Step 2
www.Google.com

Step 3

Come back to www.Icmag.com with the new understanding that the World Wide Web has this miraculous feature called search engines.

Step 4

Use the search feature.

Step 5

Thank me for my insanely good advice.

Good day sir!

4'x8' would work for a stadium-ish grow.

I have 5.5'x10' with two rows of 10 on each side (40 total)

There you go.

And max 2 strains - 1 on each side.
One strain would still be better.

Whats wrong with kush? my first grow was og i dont know which one but it sure was some of the best green i ever smoked, hard to grow plant, stretchy, yields arent the greatest unless u LST them then they could yield decent. wtf i dont think my question was to bad? people have tons of different views and methods on growing on this and every other site i just wanted to evaluate peoples opinions and choose the best option for me. AND NO IM NOT THANKING YOU FOR YOUR ADVICE IT WAS STUPID

I did:

4x8 tent
3 x 600W lights (not air cooled)
15 x plants in 3 gallon pots with canna terra soil
2-3 week veg from rooted clone
Yielded 48 ounces bone dry and heavily manicured
Strain was Jillybean from Subcool TGA

Main issues I had was with temps, they were probably at 85 on average and I lost some main colas to mold because I was watering too much towards the end. I actually liked the high temps, I find that if my soil drys out faster I'm having to water more and thus they get bigger faster thanks to more wet/dry cycles. I had to manage with two crap fans, I'm sure with better fans it would work out better

This time I'm doing two 4x4 tents with 2x600W in each, that works out to 4x600W in the 4x8 tent, but even then I don't think I'd go for air cooled lights. The major issue for me with aircooled lights is that they are rectangular and you have to run them in such a way that for the ducting to be straight all the hoods need to be in a straight line. By doing this you actually loose out big time on the light over lapping... Ya get me? I've drawn it out crudely in paint but you get what I mean.

I've realised that people growing monster buds are using monster light. With 1200W in a 4x4 area that works out to 75watts per square foot...

light: 4 lamps staggered down the length of the room, up, down, up, down.
3 are 600W, 1 is 1000W (what I had laying around)

vent: 2 x 6inch elicent

strain: bubblegum since this room started

yield: terrible for 3 runs in a row, .4 to .6 grams per watt
several half ass gardener issues, mostly lack of experience with the particular strain

The next run is looking good though.
