need advice about phenotypes of Blue Streak

I have ordered and planted a pack of BS and my goal is to make some seeds. I have 240w of old school t8 lamps and its a soil grow. 7/10 geminated and 1/7 died because I failed to water them when I was at camp for a weekend. They have been growing now for 9 days. So, now that you have a little backround, I'll get to the question. What plant am I looking for to breed? I'm hoping to breed the largest ones, but not to sure if this will decrease the potency. what is the "perfect pheno" of BS? Maybe even a picture of some enjoyed pheno's in veg. so I can compare. These are a pack I bought about a month ago at seed boutique [I know there is different ones but I'm not sure if the ones I have are good or not (if someone can clear that "old" and "new" thing up I would be most happy)].

Thanks in advance,
W&F

I'll take pictures later tonight. O-ya and these are seeds for 2010 outdoor that I'm making. I plan on them being an early harvest before my AK is done.

You have the 'new' seeds, the only site that has the real seeds is Boutique, all others you can consider 'fake' or 'diluted' genetics. Mdanzig himself said that all other sites are to remove his seeds by a set date (I believe he said by July 08) and are to be considered 'non-legit' seeds.

As far as the breeding goes, I only finished one run of BS and never got to use the seeds. I had to move out when my landlord found my outdoor WW freebie (the police didn't get involved too much, they just questioned me. I said it must of been some kids and nothing ever happened after that) and I haven't started a new grow since.

So, can't really help you with that but I can say that it is a great plant. Fun to grow, and more fun to smoke (VERY fruity smoke and smell).

thanks for clearing that mess up. really not too confusing when you put it that way. did you happen to see a diversity in the plants you did grow? or were they uniform? here is a pair of pics so you can see what i have so far. not a whole lot to look at yet.https://www.icmag.com/ic/album.php?al...ctureid=206554

I held off answering because the seeds that you have in your hands is something different then what I have seen because they were worked over by someone else.

I would just do a open seed run and leave all the males and females you get.

Then do a couple runs of not making any seeds to see what you get. After that you should have a good idea what phenos you have already seen and smoked are the ones you want to keep. Decide what you want to accomplish in your breeding ? ( Color , Yield , Potency etc.... )

Sorry other then what I already said is all I can say. Unless you got the seeds you have on the Icmag server fund auction ? Those are the seeds I have been working on. I sent in a 100 or something like that give or take.

I did some seed runs just to get BS to 100% AF from where it was when it was gifted to me and I had just started doing some selective crossings when I gave up a 1000 seeds. At that point I was removed from the process and was never filled in on what happened other then seeing them for sale all over.

So I don't know if more selective runs were done or just large open breeding was done to produce seeds or what.
