Ramen Noodles, FreerideHigh style!
this is the best way to make your ramen noodles support your hunger needs for more than just a few days before you get sick of them!
i usually eat this daily just because its delicious, easy, and most of all CHEAP!! base ingredients; bear bones for this recipe. one package of noodles one egg pretty simple eh? optional ingredients; be creative! onion tomato beef jerky(soak with noodles) chicken breast bacon potato hot sauce butter soy sauce your fave spices hungry yet? i am.. ok first take the noodles and put them in a bowl, use the flavor packet and add water. microwave for 1 minute. let the noodles soak and expand. the longer you wait the bigger your meal! the noodles get BIG after 10 mins. while thats soaking prepare your option. lately ive been adding potato. for the potato, microwave it for one minute and either grate into hash brown or dice into home fries. add light butter or oil to a hot pan and throw them in. add some salt and pepper or other spices now. i usually cook until i get smoke or sufficently browned. raw potato sucks, so microwaving helps ensure it gets cooked. drain the water off your noodles, you dont want them too wet. turn down the heat on your stove to 1/4 temp. throw the noodles on top of the optional ingredients and crack your egg right on top. break open the yoke and mix all the ingredients together quickly and constantly until the egg is no longer shiny on the noodles. add your final spices now. i slowly raise the heat back up as the egg solidifies to give the noodles a slight browning, without burning the egg. dump on a plate and grub immediately after a bongload. i get ramen 8for$1 eggs 12for2$ potatoes 12for3$ as you can see its a very cheap meal that always satisfies, and if you start to get bored with it its very easy to modify to something totally different! hope you enjoy! fH

I don't know why noone responded. This seems like a great alternative to eating the old boring ramen noodles everyday. Thanks for the tasty idea. I have never thought of ditching the water with my instant noodles and throwing them into a pan.

I'll give that a go...and with the potatoes (great idea) I usually just fry up an egg and add it to the cooked drained noodles. Thanks for posting this!

Nice way to doctor up some ramen.
I spent a lot of time in boarding school, and they were a way of life. My favorite are the Shin Ramen Korean. Hot as SHIT, but great. Also good for clearing up your sinuses.
