600w vert closet
Edited for update:
2.5'x3' closet 600w vert in cooltube exhausted by 6" S&P. Passive intake and one intake ran from central air. Running GFxBB and PPP freebies Here's pics of the GFxBB. As you can see they're just starting to show signs of deficiency, so I'll be giving them their first tea of EWC and molasses today. Sorry for the shitty pics, as I only have my camera phone for taking them. Almsot forgot my soil mix which consists of: 1.5 cuft FFOF 2 cuft peat about 20% perlite cup of bone and blood meal 1 tbsp/ gal in each pot of lime |

Yeah man, I have some PPP and GFxBB in this closet right now. A lot has changed, as far as the setup goes, since those pics were taken. I'll try to get some more tonight when the lights come on with a good update. The GFxBB by Chimera are really loving the huge amount of light. The PPP freebies on the other hand, showed signs of heat stress early on. They are recovering nicely since moving the light up a bit though. I have a video if anyone knows how I can host it. I'm kinda paranoid bout that kinda shit.

Since it only let me attach 4 images at a time here's the rest. The last 3 are the PPP, which are making a recovery since the light stress. The very last PPP just germed a lil late, thus starting late as well.

I was concerned about running a 600w in a 3x3 tent vertically but after seeing this im sure it can be done. Anyone think I could get away with a 600w in a 31in x 31in grow space?

I'm also lookin at about 4-5 females out of the 8 I think so far =/ Next run in this closet I will definitely be running some fem beans, and probably flower 7 as you can see would fit nicely into this space. Sorry about the quality of the pic. My shitty camera phone is all I have at the moment, and I don't see myself buying a camera in the near future being that I have tons of robbed electronics to replace. So boo on that. |

The screen in vert grows isn't just about keeping them back from the heat, it also makes sure that your canopy doesn't keep shrinking as the plants close in on the light. A shorter radius from the light means a smaller canopy receiving the light.
