For any of you who may be overwhelmed at the thought of preparing thanksgiving dinner please chime in.if there is enough interest,I will put together a tutorial with pics on how to cook a turkey (or several vegetarian alternatives) plus basic side dishes.I will keep things as basic as possible,offer alternatives for vegetarian and special dietary needs if asked.

I generally like to debone my bird and make it into a roll. Cooks in about half the time, and to serve you just cut off slices. Of course has a layer of home grown sage.

hey everyone thanks for stopping by,my thinking with this thread was to help those who aren't so good in the kitchen. I can't really afford to randomly cook a turkey dinner unless it seem there is some genuine interest,if folks just need recipes on an individual level,just pm and i'll do what i can to help,or stop by Unclefishsticks tartar sauce research kitchen in the grow dairies.

How is the homeless situation where you at?

If you got the itch to cook and eat a big dinner and can't justify it for yourself or a couple peopple

cook it up and take it in

or if not homeless, maybe some shut in's or older folks.

just a thought.
