it's been 8 years... a LOT has changed, but then again a lot has stayed the same. i will get there on the 31st and staying for 10 days. im going to go to paris for an evening but i think the rest of my time will just be spent eating bitterballen, drinking beer, and of course

it sucks im leaving before the cup too, i really wanted to attend that. but i will be able to try some of the entries im assuming.

i'll be making a thread with a lot of pictures so stay tuned

ahhh a Boycott? You mean there wouldnt be hoards of lairy tourists (edit) roaming these streets?... not sure how we'll cope...

but i perfer some the belgian ales i'll come across a LOT more. especially the westvleteren releases.

Hey I notice you and BudFather arriving the same day and I gave you both the same advice (visit "Bij" or Boerenjongens"). Maybe you guys should hook up and try n find it together?

I agree with JamieShoes: Visit Bij or Boerenjongens. They have top quality herb at reasonable prices. I had some of their White Choco yesterday and it was out-fuckin-standing! It's a bit of a travel but well worth it. I have never had any sub-quality herb from either place. Also, I didnt see any selection that was more than €12pg. It's all good from these 2 shops.

Mate, I love that White Choco... even though they bumped it to 7euros from 6.50 I STILL say its the best deal in town

Whats the purpose of a boycott? I don't understand. I would love to attend but would be difficult for me physically to do so. I don't think the cup will be around many more years, hope I wrong. Great event. Age makes many things very difficult, Travel is one of those things... oldbob
