thai food anyone
what are your favorite thai dishes,
i like a dish with chicken and thai basil so good, called pad grapau or chicken mint at some thai spots and also tom kha its a coconut soup that is so good has every taste sense in it, sweet, salty, sour and bitter its also very spicey, but the dish is a flavor overload. the overload of flavors and balance of taste senses is why i enjoy thai food, alot of thai dishes have usally at least 3 of the taste senses very few american dishes have more then 2 |

Noname (veg or chicken deep fried in batter) is a fave munchie when i'm thai-side. And the spicy salads are to die for.
Hell, it's all good as long as you like chillies.

Green Curry or Tom Yung Gung (spicy prawn soup). I fell in love with these in Thailand so went on a cookery course so can make them anytime I like now. The Thai flavours are awesome:
Lemon Grass Galangal Kafir Lime Leaves Thai Sweet Basil Chilli's (can't forget the chilli's) I'm sure there are pleanty others but these are the main ones. If anyone wants a copy of the Thai cookbook I got at the cookery class, I have it as a pdf. It's about 5MB so PM me if you want it. Happy eating |
