Amsterdam hostel/cheap place to be - The Dutch Experience - International Cannagraphic Magazine Forums

Hey tokers,

i want to take another trip to Amsterdam between 28dec-1stjan together with two friends.
We have done it before, but used to stay in midclass hotels. As our budget is pretty low and we want to spent more $$ on bud, we thought about hostel or something similar.. Well I thought why not ask my friends @ icmag

Dropped a couple mails to IBH, bulldog, flyingpig, bobsouthhostel but havent got reply yet..
Well I just want to hear your opinions, maybe someone of U have experience with one of the hostels ?
Or maybe someone who has an holiday apartment they would like to rent out from 29dec-1stjan ?
Or just other options which could be interesting for us ?

We dont care much about "how" to live these days as we only will get in our apartment to get some sleep or maybe take a dump..
Important is a good coffeeshop not too far away, and/or good bus/train connections. Breakfast is great too by the way!!
