Best New Smiley contest?
How about a contest to design new smilies???
First enrtry Little green guy plants seeds along a line something like this .........  Then the seeds turn into leaves  :ca nabis:.........they could turn to buds after that.... I can't write code or I'd do it....

what is the best way to design one?

if i knew how to design these, i'd make this guy >
 the same way, only i'd make him start shaking uncontrollably, then his head explodes leaving a drippy, irritable mess. I'd use that smiley all the time on hereArcticBlast
