The Lutec Electricity Amplifier (LEA)

The smallest demonstrates an input of about 4 watts to a machine returning about 19 watts, and in another instance inputting around 70 watts and outputting around 270 watts.
Because the system is designed to be scalable, an input of 250 kilowatts can become 1 megawatt and 1 megawatt can become 4.4 megawatts, or an input of 100 megawatts can become 440 megawatts. There is no top limit potential and neither is there a bottom level limit.

Brits asserts that these two individuals are ?probably? employed by the CIA. He does not supply any evidence to support that charge other than his own suspicion."

Run, don't walk away from these con-men. Do not invest in this scheme. When you try to contact them for proof, they become very obnoxious (only contact on their website is an email - a bit suspicious if you ask me).

They are completely pulling this out of their ass and they should be arrested and charged with fraud.

Energy is conserved, always. You cannot get more energy out than you put in.

Yea, I was thinking that this system required perpetual motion, but the neverending explanation they give on the website is a bit confusing.

Energy is always conserved in a closed system at least, in an open system it could be influenced by outside factors like temperature difference. However for all intents and purposes this is a closed system and thus the amount of energy must remain constant. Just had to add the closed system comment - blame my physics teacher.
