To water plants I use to let dry the soil in the pot every time, and then give water at 1\10 or more of the size of the pot.
For istance if the pot is 10 gallons I give 1 gallon of water after the soil is very dry. I noticed the plant is stimulated to produce new shots the day after! and it's not the same if I give less water but more often.

Concern over 5% yield means its time to get out of the game. This is what people growing corn are concerned with. I don't mean this in the sense that you have multiple factors adding up to 50%. I mean you literally only have that 5-10% left to "try and win" The more you are concerned with this small amount, the more likely your charging too little and your operation is too bloated.
Do you really want growing pot to be like growing corn and wheat? Quote:

With all due respect, being concerned with that last 5% is a hallmark of successful people. Consider in the legal states you start a business, have taxes and employees and bills... You've got 100 lights making 1000lbs a year and you find a way to bump that 5%, or 50lbs. Now that simple new technique which you equate with growing corn ends up being worth over $100k, you just found a way to cover 2 or 3 employees bills so that's what I'm getting at here

I'm not sure why you wouldn't want to keep topping yourself? I'm always looking to increase yield numbers if for nothing else to get better and keep improving. I love these threads because they're mind expanding.

In science, anything over 5% is considered significant. We're doing science.
Bloom boosters are a can a worms i'd like to throw into the mix like a grenade. I had a good experience with em once. Once mind, so I ain't drawing too many conclusions. |
