of kin of the deceased since you have the same last name so that
the proceeds of this account valued at 10million dollars can be
paid to you and then you and me can share the money.70% to me and
30% to you I have made all necessary legal rrangements that can
be used to back up any claim we may make. all I require is your
honest cooperation to enable us see this deal through. I guarantee
that this will be executed under a legitimate arrangement that
will protect you from any breach of the law.

I wish this was legit...if it is, cool..if it isn't, then I don't know why someone would waste their time pulling a joke like this.

Are you black? Probably not so it's a good bet you're not related in any way! Most everyone who's ever had their email address available somewhere has received one variation or another of this. My dumbass nephew fell for it and lost a grand!

If they can get your email adress it would be just as easy to get your phone # and call, or get your adress. If a lawyer wanted 7 million dollars of my money, he should at least come visit me face to face.
