So I finally hired someone on to help with everything! Anyway, she brought a new silk screen over and wanted to learn how to make hash (you gotta love this girl). I had a pound or so of bud trimmings just chilling in the freezer so we finally got together and had some fun We put the screen on top of a giant mirror and went to work, and it took a good while I assure you! Anyway, here are a couple of pics I took. The pieces weighed 3.5g each and we got four before we finally quit due to exhaustion and the fact that it was 2am! The pieces have a nice blonde colour to them, although it looks more green in the last pic. The high was nice and groovy and makes me kind of talkative and bouncy (Probably because I grow sativas 90% of the time) I kept one to smoke, gave her one, and saved two of them for Christmas time, I'm sure it'll be appreciated

Could u tell me wer you got your screen from ? i've been lookin for the old school silk screens but i can't find any the only place ive found things close hav been at smoke shops n ther hella over priced

Cool, even better is hanging out and sharing great times, that kind of stuff you remember forever..Looks real tastey, I love Sativa hash in the mornings. I could work on something for hours super focused and having fun at the same time...Anyone know what the perfect micron for making high grade sift is, ?

Thanks everyone My new girl worked at a t-shirt company for a long time and she apparently has a ton of them, new and mounted on wooden frames (like the one in the picture). She has a finer one as well that she'll bring over the next time we make some. As for the microns of the screen, I'll ask her when I see her, I really don't know.

I think the same size is due to making it with a cigarette cellophane! Hahahahaha Check out making hash on youtube if you don't know what I mean.

It really turned out nice and I almost tweek off of it! I vacuumed the house at midnight last night! I like that way more than just zoning out and falling asleep, which is what it does to my gf. Kind of weird how it affects us so differently.

try running the leftover material for water extraction after the dry sifting. Often times another reasonably respectable yield can be had.. albeit of a lower quality.

We did that too! We made the strongest brownies of all times! I made canna-oil with about an ounce and a half of really strong shake, then put 1/8th (3.5g) of crystals in, and I threw in a half ounce of buds because I wanted it to be strong! Stupid move btw because we all crashed out from them, and I'm not sure, but I think I traveled through time briefly!! It also made my house smell like a bloody opium den for 2 days!! Fun, but I'd rather just smoke it.
