Hi,

I am going on holiday in the great Canada to visit some relatives.

My flight goes from Germany to Vancouver and then off to Wildhorse or something in that direction

If I get caught with some weed at the airport, what kind of penaltys would I be served by the Canadians?

You will have no issues finding something to smoke in BC

Especially at this time of year

She produces some of the finest smoke on the planet too

You should find something very tasty

The thing is, last time I was there, a friend of a friend gave me almost an ounce of nice weed for free! And i wanted to bring him some good hydro, but ill keep it in this case, maybe ill just bring some good outdoor seeds

ballon that weed and shove it up your ass, canada doesnt care too much about weed, worst comes to worst like someone said its just a fine for under an ounce. 300$ i believe.

But at customs its a whole different matter.........drug dogs in van int airport when you gett off the plane but before you hit customs if im remembering correctly......I travel a bit and never bring anything with me......but you could be luckier than I

sad news but in quebec they restarted to prosecute people for small quantity , some will be at the mtl palais de justice/court , joliette for possession of 0.6 gr of marijuana .

it probably depend on the cops you have to deal with but the yougest are the fucking bitch in these case .

if they get you for something else even minor they will search you and if you get a little something = prosecution .

there at least a dozen of these case going on in qc as we speak.....harper administration ...

There is no clear cut laws in regards to marijuana prosecution in Canada. As you may or may not know the current laws are in limbo and are being challenged. In layman terms, this means that each case is dealt with on a situational basis.

Quebec has a larger drug problem compared to the other major provinces. This is probably why the police are taking such a hard stance in that particular province, especially the Montreal area.

Unless you are an avid smuggler the general rule when crossing international borders is to never carry, even small quantities can land you in some serious doo doo in certain countries.
