San Diego DUI Attorney Challenges Marijuana DUI Laws
I actually believe one can be under the influence and not have a problem driving myself.
Given the choice of a driver that has drank a lot or one the has smoked a lot I pick the smoke a lot driver every time. How do you feel? San Diego DUI Attorney Challenges Marijuana DUI Laws Quote:

I read this and kind of laughed at my self for a couple. I personally (and i DO NOT suggest this to anyone) have driven under the influence of both. Personally i do have a little more control when high then drunk but I'm way more careful when I'm drunk because it's easier to detected alcohol upfront then it is MJ when it's masked up.
It's really up to the person at hand. Some people get smashed and get false courage and think they are gods with an unguided missile AKA automobile. Just the other day someone ended up killing them self's by hitting a pizza shop sign at 105 MPH around my area. But thats also the difference in blacking out while driving and chilling with a buzz. Good luck with everything going over there, I still hope the federal government will gain a brain cell, but that's not going to happen anytime soon (not going to go into how i really feel due to the sake of argument) |

Yeah I even I agree this is not something which I can say will happen in next year or even next couple of years. Though many of DUI lawyer are pushing for the changes but going by history, this ain’t going to happen anytime soon.
