hi everyone,im completely new to this site, not sure if this is the right forum to post this question but any help would be apreciated. im in australia and i have recieved or swapped 10 cuttings of my own strain for 10 of a strain called BIRDS BRAIN. can anybody tell me if they have ever heard of or grown this strain,im just tryin to get a basic outline of its genetics. thanx again!

no i am not from western australia mate,and the cuttings are from a good mate who swapped them for a strain of his own. i didnt know you were a strain encyclopedia hughsy and i also didnt ask if you had any critisism,i simply asked if any1 had ever heard of this strain. which i might add iv only decided to give a shot at growing since whatching my mate pull a pound per plant using coco and hand feeding under a simple 400watt hps set up. im from far north nsw hughsy,been growing since i was thirteen so id say im past the bird brain stage of growing,and im definantly past the "I GROW POT SO IM A FUCKING EXPERT ON ALL AREAS OF THE SHIT" stage that you seem to be in.

apologies about hughesy , he isnt , or is , being himself lately , lack of meds methinks ..
as for your strain name , im sorry , many folks name things themselves , often with no reference to the parents , it could be anything .

yeah well thats all im tryin to work out,it could be something the grower created. anyway looks smokes yeilds well,so im gonna add to my collection of mothers.

I wouldn't say its an unusual name,, but different tho,,, can't say I've ever heard of it before.
Like Donald said most peeps name strains at will, with no obvious reference to the parents.
If you're happy with it then thats all that matters pinkskunk.

I learned not to dismiss claims, out of hand, too many great growers here pulling crazy weights and qualities with unconventional grows, nevertheless i would like to see/hear about a pound from a 400W, I assume he has one lamp one plant pinkskunk?, by the way, hello and welcome

Critical Ass or Big Dud type but even one plant under a four come off the grass.Hand watered Coco.Was that with a 6 month Veg? light Penetration off a four is 10-12 inches.
