Double Diesel Ryder
So I'm moving up from bagseed and CFL's, tonight I bought my first autoflower seeds and of the strains I chose, the first I will grow are the feminized Sagarmartha Double Diesel Ryder. I'm also moving up to a 400w HPS that will be the light for the entire time.
Any advice, reviews, comments, pics on the Double Diesel Ryder? I keep hearing different answers to this question, does 24 not work as well as 20/4? I would rather have it on constantly and not even get a timer involved since I've had problems with mine. Also if you have any tips on moving up to an HPS from 220w of fluoro that would help. |

hey nice to see someone else got the double diesel ryder, I also have the smurfberry.
I havent started them yet,I have a few other projects on the go. shitty news though....the smurfberry doesnt autoflower and supposedly some of the doublediesel doesnt auto either. I didnt believe the rumors so I emailed saga...and this was confirmed. so needless to say I was rather disappointed and decided to wait until I run some 12/12 strains before I start these beans.....just a heads up. oh yeah...saga doesnt even breed there own auto's,they purchase them from another supplier/breeder.....rather disappointing. goodluck on the grow. |

I think Sagarmatha are just tryingto cash in on the autoflowering revolution!
They listed their "Double Dieselryder" shortly after I started posting about LowLife' Auto Double Diesel and I spoke to LowLife about it, he found it funny as hell! To attempt to sell an "autoflowering" strain that doesn't reliably autoflower is just going to damage Sagarmathas reputation. To attempt to sell an "autoflowering" strain using the (almost) same name as a strain that was recently announced by another breeder just comes across as desperate. DIRT DIGGLER, it says you have chosen not to receive private messages, you might wanna consider turning that feature off in your control panel. Since I've been involved with Autoflowering genetics, I've seen more and more companies release fakes/unreliables/total and utter shit "autoflowering" strains. If you really want to grow autoflowering plants, then buy your beans from the Joint Doctor or LowLife, it really is that simple. You buy elsewhere, you could be growing anything! Ch@ppers |

What gives? It only takes like a month or so to figure out whether or not the plants autoflower. I wish the "breeders"/vendors would bother testing at least that much. Really pisses me off. |
