Pumpkin Trouble

Hey guys, Ive been checking out gardening forums all morning and I can't find a good solution to whatever is eating my pumpkins!! I think its maybe raccoons at night.. maybe Squirrels?! ...

anything I can buy and spray on them.... I have a big garden with lots of stuff so im betting whatever it is will move on to the other stuff after the pump!

Garlic, cayanne, pyrethrumand or neem. Don't forget the Dr Bronners castile soap, to help spread that love/death

Cayenne pepper sounds like a great idea. Even better might be habanero. One bite and that critter will be whistlin' dixie from both ends!

I had deer eating my pumpkins one year....it didnt matter what I put n them, they still ate the pumpkins....I tried hot pepper and even chemicals.....the best defense I finally found was to put salt blocks every 20 yards around the garden......soon as i did that, I only had a few pumpkins go down....thy chose the salt.

woodchucks eat mine
get a shitload of hot peppers, soak them in rubbing alcohol, strain, apply around your patch
dont use alcohol on the plants
or put up a fence

Thanks a lot guys! I'll do a little of everything! Im almost sure its a Squirrel... I saw him starring me down this morning as I looked over the pumpkins

Someone at the garden store told me I should try something called Hot Pepper Max But the bottle says its only for transpiration and moisture for the leafs... hmmm.
