everyone post your WD c99 questions and pics here. since there no other thread specifically for it
I'll start here are my c99s outdoor at 45 N. we got the c99 freebie from the bay. 5 /5 germ, 5 females. very disappointed in the ratio  . no seeds for me  sorry about the huge pics. I cant figure out the new site upgrade

I haven't been out to see mine for 2 weeks so I don't know. I will be going out sometime next week. I will return with pics.
I would expect them to start next week maybe. given the end of september finish time Im no expert but I dont think your plant has started
