Hey everyone

I was just checking out the scene of Comic Con and I have to say it looks like great cheesey fun!!! Im not a comic book person, but I love movies and I think most people do.

Has anyone from ICMAG ever gone to the Comic Con? If it were near me I would check it out for sure.

Heres some pics I pulled up, I would love to get baked and head over to people watch -

i havent read a comic book in 15 years, but ive gone to comic con three years running. got into it when a customer of mine came into the shop dressed in high heels and a leather bodysuit. asked her what the occasion was and she told me. i left work early and went. it is a trip! really, truly dont have to be into comics to have a blast!

edit: btw, ROLE MODELS is a fuckin hilarious movie. highly reccomended.

It was fun back in the 80's but, it's just too damn crowded these days. That and the comics have been pushed aside. They're the weak red-headed step-child of their own show.

If I was still in Vegas I might of gone. Comic-Con was there at least one year that I lived in Vegas. Don't have that big of an interest in comics anyway shot looks too dorky.

bunch of geeks and weirdos....lots of money to be made ....generates lots of money for the local community....I avoid the area like the plague when its going on....yeehaw

I went for the first time with my girlfriend who is a Anime
Geek. The costumes were pretty cool. I enjoyed watching people have so much fun even tho it's not really my think. The food art was pretty dope tho.

When I got there there was a massive gathering of Deadpools doing a photo shoot, right then I knew I was going to enjoy it.

My gf had to explain to me who a lot of the characters were but it felt good when I could recognize one myself.
