Well, i just splurged on a sampler off different types of smoked salmon. I've never seen a vacuum packed piece come with much liquid, but this one has a lot. Maybe it's the peppercorn in one of the preparations pulling moisture, burt should i take it back???

I was so looking forward to some goat cheese and salmon(going on a low carb, mediterranean diet!)

Naw, depending on how it was vac packed and what type of salmon it is (coho, etc) it can have a LOT of oil in it, to the point where a vac pack will look like it's swimming in it.
