Fl law is really fucked up. Over 25 plants and your trafficing(used to be 300 thank gov crist.) The law is very stupid considering i can lst or scrog and get many ounces per plant or one could SOG and get well under an ounce.
so 20 plants could be many pounds using lst or other methods and
SOG 20 could be as little as 8-10 ounces.

just stupid but it seems those in florida could use these methods grow plenty of weight and keep it under 25.
me im only growing for self and wife so pounds are not needed but it would be pretty cool to pull 6 or 7 oz off one plant

Honestly, I don't really blame them for enforcing such laws considering that Florida is the capital of all drug trade. Having a small grow isn't much of a concern to LEO, but if you're intentions are commercial, then of course you have every right to rant. Since you're only pulling a few ounces, you should be fine.

theres no excuse for enforcing such laws on a PLANT... you should have every right to rant wether commercial or not, few ounces few lbs whats the difference? if it wasnt for the mersh community there would be tons of people without smoke or better yet tons more people fuckin with serious drugs that are being imported..

Those laws are retarded as are most drug laws.You are supporting aws agait an activity you participate in.I dont think anyone shold be puied for growing any amount of a plant comerrcial or not.
