Is it Nathans? Or is there something else i'm missing? I have to say i dont remember ever trying a hebrew national. I'm talking mass produced, big companies here, not your small local shack.

looks like there are a few other threads, but never one exactly like this

I think Nathan's is preservative free right? Uncured? That probably makes it a tad healthier if they are the ones I'm thinking of..but I never thought they were that much better than the Hebrew Nationals which are ok.
I recently had some "Angus Beef" hotdogs by Ballpark I believe that were pretty darn good for meat, and they were on sale.

I prefer chili dogs usually tho, and nothing beats a chili dog with cheddar, avocado, vegetarian chili and those smart dogs links, your body actually thanks you when you're done, unlike hotdogs that aren't so light sometimes..I don't like them so much plain, but with chili, they are great!

BuddahBoyee hit it on the head.....Pink's or Cupid's. I think I like Cupid's a little better, but it's close.

Thanx Resin. I had the mayor dog a month ago at Pink's . It was good but I paid for it the next day

. I used to live down the block from Cupid's in canoga park right next to Daglas burgers.
