No, not bong water.
![]() I bought a bottle at the grocery. Why not. It is distilled water that is passed through hickory smoke. There was also mesquite flavored on the shelf as well. I made some Brunswick stew...about 1 1/4 gallons. (Made enough to share with the elderly and parents :smile I added about 1/4 cup liquid smoke. Potent. I surprisingly liked the stew's smell. Ok. So now I am stuck with 3/4 a bottle. How else can I use this? Just for fun I included the stew recipe. I also added 1 can whole corn. The meat is shredded/chopped... You use it sparingly- just a little at a time. I once bought a pint bottle of it- lasted me for years. It is good in chili, as part of a marinade for meats, making your own BBQ sauce, etc. It does not go bad, so you got yourself a year's supply or more.

I use liquid smoke daily at work. We marinate boneless pork chops in applesauce/liquid smoke mix. grill the chops, then put sauteed apples & onions on top. Its good stuff.
