Thumbs up The National Parks: America's Best Idea

Watched the preview for this new Ken Burns documentary recently, looks to be really amazing!

12 hours about the national parks and their history, all filmed and broadcast in HD?

Nice website up with all the preview videos online:

Can't wait, had to share

Americas best idea was the US Constitution and the Bill of rights, but National parks come up close on the list.

^go see yosemite in the fall and spring to avoid the crowds in the main spots. there are spots all year round there where you can find solitude. I can wait till september 27th. I'm gonna buy this series in blue ray, and get a ps3 just to play it. and a tv. oh wait I think it will be cheaper to just go to the parks for real.
