DIY PVC Greenhouse/Polytunnel Plans

Was browsing the net and found this site.

https://www.pvcplans.com/

They've got a decent looking Greenhouse plan, built from 1" PVC.. it's even got doors. Also a little baby polytunnel and cold frame.

Hopefully of use to someone, maybe next year!

just make sure to use the reinforced plastic
dont go cheap on the plastic part or it wont last for many winds and rainfalls

the reinforced plastic isnt very expensive iether
it can be bought at any shop that sells construction material and tools, both for hobby and pro

i made an 8x4 meters GH very cheap with reinforced plastic and materials i already had around

the best investment in time and money ive done for a very long time as it holds both my 1200 plants that are currently being transplanted into corn fields and my many mother plants that currently are growing under the big free hps as long as our days are long enough not to induce flowering

i have 2 meters between the construction timber
no problem now, even with heavy rain, but before winter i plan to insert 4 more beams so it can hold snow load during winter also and then i expect it to last several seasons

Nice bro. Good call on the reinforced pipe. I've not seen that around when exploring online.. I'm making some other structures out of PVC probably so would really be useful to me.

I had a further prod on that other site, in the user gallery there are some other nice idea for PVC-build grow kit. Check these out..

Arrow

pvc becomes very brittle with excessive heat. build accordingly, ive seen em collapse and what a bitch to rebuild during flowering. good luck, oh cold frames are very cheap and are the best choice for framing a green house. just my 2 cents
