Silly Thread....I need DRESS HELP!
I have PTB's sister's wedding coming up in about a month...it's a formal, GIANT and expensive one. I need to dress that fits the occasion. If any of you ladies want to help me out, it would be soooo nice.

I'm darker skinned, so I look good in most colors except green. I'm looking for lighter colors...maybe pastel, but not Easter dress. I really like empire waist halter dresses the most

If anyone comes across a dress that looks super stunning, post a pic and the website you found it at!!!!

I'm shopping online and this is what I like so far...

Gentlemen...you are welcome to help me too!!!

EDIT: I don't like the second one I posted...no way would I even wear that now that I look at it....shit!

Dark complected women look great in olive or umber colored dresses......a Summer-time wedding as well.

Do you know what color the Bridesmaids will be wearing and why are you not in that group ?

I like either of these two numbers....especially the one on the right.

Thank you iG4Me....I can wear olive like no other color I like all of the dresses you posted. Has to be floor length though...at least that's what I prefer for a formal gown.

Oh, and his Sis has a lot of brides maids...I'm sure a lot of her life long friends from when they were kids aren't in the wedding either. We're friends, but brides maid is a place for your closest friends. PTB's just an usher...but he has to wear a tux and I've never seen him in one....I can't wait!

This is my fave site for evening wear and they have tons of great dresses (And some totally lousy ones of course.)
This is totally my favorite one, the picture is in olive but there's lots of fabric choices.
