Can You ID this Strain?

So... This being my first season growing in norcal, I got my genetics from others rather than starting them myself. Some come from rock solid reliable sources... for instance I have two reliable OG cuts and a siiiick Blue Dream Cut, Arcata Trainwreck, AfPak, Headband, Sour Diesel, Grape Ape, and well selected phenos of some really nice seed varieties.

I also have some mystery plants. I was given 6 of these plants... some were labeled "Maui" and others "Blue Dream" but I am pretty sure that I am dealing with the same genetics in all the plants. The photos are of the 1 plant that I left in a small pot. The rest are in my black box and two are in the full summer 200gal smartpots...

There were some other questionable genetics from the same guy... I gave a lot of it away after the Sheriff came, but I kept the "Blue Maui" because I had seen the same clones perform really well (early and heavy) in the black box of the guy who gave them to me. He has since fired the guy who was in charge of his genetics for reasons of general douchebaggery (mislabeling clones for one thing), so I guess I will never get the good info from him.

Anyhow... I don't know what it is... but it seems so distinct that it's gotta be something that somebody has seen before. So If you have and you can help me ID this strain and you're in the 707 when I harvest and you're 215 compliant, i will hook you up with an oz for your help.

You guys are awesome. Some very wise and experienced friends concur. Its definitely DJ Shorts genetics. Flo... something Blue... totally.

You've resurrected this silly dead thread just at the right time. Here she is (different plant- same strain) in flower. We are now calling her Blue Mystery. If you still think its Flo after the budporn, please let me know.

Its a little fuzzy... I'll try to take a couple of shots in the morning. There are more pics of this strain in my journal, link is below. Thanks for the input.

We have worked with some dj short stuff for ages and always worked very well, maybe am wrong but i can sense some CAMBODIAN sativa, people always think of it as early mango in it's early stage of growth.

Hey Nomad,

Thats a good looking mystery plant...I would say with 99 %certainty that you have a DJ short Sativa dom. on your hands...to me looks like Flo or F-13 (Flo 13x BBsat) , which are both branchier and more sat dom. than the Blue velvet....very distinctive plants especially outdoors where they can get a lot bigger....check out some of mine, or hummus monk's or shangri la's posts over in the DJ/Legends forum for some shots of Flo and F-13 outdoors for a comparison. Your plant looks almost identical to Hummus monks greenhouse Flo from last year....good luck with the grow man and give us a smoke report when its done...You'll know if its Flo or F-13 because you'll be just so HIGH and so CLEAR....

Martian... its funny this thread should pop back up today... This morning I had to pull those plants out of the black box because they hermed on me. I can't even call them ladies anymore. I believe they prefer the term "Transgender"... LOL.

This is very good to know, as I have 3 in the garden, 2 that were LST'd into a Y formation when they went into 200's and the one that began this post, which I left in xmas tree formation. They are all getting huge, and one in particular has so many fat colas and is getting as big as the Blue Dream and Clue berry plants... not as tall persay, but big and looking like its gonna yield.

The last day of posts in my thread, linked below, details the spotting of nanners at 49 days and the following harvest from two plants. Lots of photos.

thanks for the lead, man. I am going to take a look at that thread right now.
