CDxBM babies
I was fortunate enough to pick up these beans from a recent re-list on the Bay. The ten pack came with eleven seeds inside. Sweet.
At first i placed 5 in a paper towel. Initially three sprouted tails and were placed in the coco and the other two were left to soak. Of the three, two are pictured below. The third was super deformed and broke the surface but was not happy. The two left in the towel did not show me the will to live. One eventually sprouted a small tail but when planted never broke the surface. The other refused to crack it's shell. I gave it a small scuff to try to induce it, but nothing happened. So considering my luck, and that the two week old seedlings look like they have sativish leaves, i decided to soak four more of the beans. Of the four, one has been planted and is a tiny seedling and the other three are not yet cracking their shells. These are on day 4 of the paper towel on a heat mat. Wish me luck and i will update as things progress. I in no way mean this as any negativity towards the capt or his genetics as it is obvious from the vIP thread he has stood up to the test! Just sharing my experience. the pack CDxBM seedlings Head G13xSD just to make the thread a bit more pleasing to the eye A purple Wreck day 50, again to add a little excitement |
