greetings from the dirty. I made my very first peach pie this afternoon....got home from work...had some home made peach preserves....made a pie crust, baked it.....got baked....filled the pie, made a lattice top, baked the pie....baked myself....
Just cut the first slice and I am so happy with this beautiful piece of pie. Anyone else like to make pies?

Not much of a baker myself but I can bake the hell outta some lasagna!

I've had Plum Pie from a few friendly bakers, German style, delicious! Kitchener, ON. (Berlin) is about a hours drive away. I've partied hard in that town.

I don't care much fer makin em, but I sure love eatin em! My favorite is puddy pie. It -sorta- looks like a peach. Nice and smoooooth, damn... I could eat it every day. mmm-hhmm! ..... hehhehe BC

I've had the rhubarb pie once and it was damn fine indeed. I'd like to try and grow it and make my own.
