Hi GP
Tend to use tap water Brita filtered for seedlings and they were all watered from the same jug. Others have good germination so probably something went wrong at my end and is my responsibility. Have scrapped remaining compost about a year old and got in a new batch just in case , and will test with my own expendable seed before trying to start anything important That water contamination was a real fluke , neighbour had new larger windows fitted and the brick and cement dust ffom the stihl saw landed heavily on my greenhouse. Storm rain washed a bucket full into the water butt and removed all evidence by the time i got home. Since we use the same water boiled for coffee that could explain haveing the shits for a week ....... Weed was barely damaged but tomatoes and peppers were dead in three days from this caustic poison. |

Day 17 of flower , plenty of budsites on both now and a fine smell.
Both female , finding it dificult to sex plants early with SB in the mix and no signs of hernies here. Apart from the leaf form there is little to see between them , red stems on both and a very fruity smell to them. Look healthy despite lower than optimal light levels and other stresses. Clones of both are being vegged now and are very strong growers. |

Thanks shaun
Day 26 and they have really improved fast , little difference between them visually and odour wise and i would say they are the same phenotype. Looks a whole lot stickier in real life and sodium makes it hard to catch. Trichome coverage is impressive given no nutes , small pots and 50 watts/foot sidelit. The smell on these is strong and unique in my experience , hard to place but evocative of some childhood memories and an absolute delight. Never noticed this particular terpene before and wonder what it is. Should be a fast finish time for these. |
