from what iv read this incresses the amount of resin on the outside of the bud, weather or not it makes it more potent im not sure... I would guees that it would'nt because the resin is all ready in the bud.

But what do i know i'v never tried it.

'Hmmming' definately has an effect on the bud. Not only does it increase the resin and potency it can also make your lips really really tingly too.

I wholey recommend you all give 'hmmming' a try at least once per crop!
