Howdy all,

I have just started my next grow, and thought I would share some pics I just took. The clones in the grow box will be transferred to the grow TENT (which will be put back into place beside the box very soon!) as soon as they are ready to flower.
By that time the seeds I'll start germintaing tomorrow will have progressed far enough to be put in the grow box in place of the clones that will have been moved out. Then hopefully, if the timing works out just right, the four clones in the tent will be ready to harvest. I can do that, and then move the potted plants that were vegging in the gorw room, into the grow tent and put them on their flower cycle under the 600 watt HPS light rather than the 400 watt light that is in the box. Then I'll sow some more seeds and get three more Sativa's through their seedling stage and into their vegging cycle in the grow box. And so on, and so on, and so on...

I think with more time and experience I can get this growing thing down, especially if I am going to continue to grow both soil and hydro at the same time.

The photos show the grow box soon after it was assembled in my litle grow room. Then you see that I have added the finest Mylar silver/white available to the walls, installed an oscillating fan, and the 400 watt light (it's an oddly-shaped bulb...like a big egg but I don't know what kind it is) that is on in the pictures.

Looks like it will do...

How are you venting..or are you not going to?

Is the top open?

The light you have is a Metal Halide Light...great for vegging. You can flower with the MH..however the HPS gives off the spectrum you are looking for when flowering...

What kinda clones are those?

Looks good. I like to veg now under high output aquarium floros. I use six four footers. They give out enough light for all of veg and save power. They also avoid the heat of the metal halide. For bloom the HPS is great.

Thanks guys, I appreciate the information. Really nervous about this next grow...the Hydro presents no problem and no stress, the soil and pot things...I don't know. All I can do is give it a try!
