More specifically Garlic Snails with some fresh bread!!!!

Had escargot once almost 30 years ago, yeah I'm getting old...lol, and was surprised how good they were.

I love all kinds of food from the sea and this is one of the only ones I've tried and just can't stomach. I've only ever tried the garlic variety that you mentioned and I've given 'em a fair shot by having them on atleast 3 different occasions but I just can't come around. My girlfriend fuckin' loves 'em though.

I've had them in culinary school. Garlic, Butter, Snails braised and served on toasted french bread with some parsley and garlic ontop. Not my cup of tea.
