Hey everyone!

A thought just sprang into my mind and left me wondering, In Adam there are many coffeeshops that advertise having exotic hashes and weeds said to be from different parts of the world, Well i was wondering the legality of this, as hash and weed are generally not tolerated in many countries. Are the dutch producing the hash or weed in the country but saying it's from wherever and so aren't breaking any import laws but are falsely advertising? Or are they importing it from the advertised countries and therefore breaking import laws? Or is there some kind of law or deal that i'm neglecting to take into account? Would just like to clear this up as it is perplexing me.

Don't get me wrong i'm not trying to shun Adam for breaking these laws, in fact i couldn't give a blue fuck what they're doing, Would just like to know really.

There is one thing i know though, whatever they're doing i'm not complaining.

some of it is trafficked in from exotic locales but i think the most intense shit is usually the nederpolm and that is made domestically...

Hash and weed are not legal in Amsterdam (only tolerated, this is a very "grey area" and as such there is not proper legislation for many of the aspects of this) and so the people operating are already breaking the laws of this country. They are "criminals" same as everywhere else and I'm sure have no qualms about breaking any export laws of any country, indeed many of these people are not even Dutch and so may be breaking the laws of their own countries..... (note, I'm talking about those who import and export and not coffeeshop owners themselves, who are also just customers but on a slightly larger scale)

it seems as though your question is asking how would a law abiding person go about such a thing, but the answer is that they would not :smile:

Some of it is brought in from other countries. I chit chated with a budtender for along time and he showed me pictures of the UPS truck dropping off the hash from another country, right in front of the coffeeshop.. I wont mention what shop or nothing tho..

Cheers for the info jamie but i was already aware of that part of the law. Was literally just wondering how the whole process goes down, suppose i'm gonna have to speak to some coffeeshop owners, although i think i might avoid it as it's probably a bit of a funny area ^^.

Sublime, That sounds funny would be nice to hear what the UPS guy says to the dealer at the time, "Errmm, it seems i have 1 kilo of king hassan, 0.5 kilo of iceolator for you, Along with a 9 bar of the finest jamaican sensi and a box of hash cakes, If you would like to sign here please sir." (In dutch of course!)

Cannabis is "tolerated" in the Netherlands,, but still remains illegal !

Half the time the label on the hash box doesn't correspond with the low grade moroccan hashish inside the box that the coffeeshop attempts to fraudulently sell as Asian charas!
Such hashish is smuggled into the Netherlands.

The iceolator / bubble hash is usually homegrown in Holland or a neighbouring region/country.
