Fiber One Bars
I just discovered these delicious little treats, can't get enough of em. I was at Costco and tasted them, they're just too damn good, so I bought a big ass Costco sized pack of em, like 150 bars for 12 bucks! Fuck, I love Costco.

The fibre one cereal, the ones that look like bent sticks, is a great food for digestion and elimination, I eat some every day. I crap like a champ now.
